It was an exciting month for the women's volleyball team as the Royals won their final two games of the season putting them into a position to qualify for the Provincial Championships. The Royals defeated the Algonquin Thunder in a crossover match that secured themselves a ticket to the main event.

Stewart's play improved as each match throughout the season became more and more important. Backed by Kim's strong play, the Royals upset the #1 ranked East team (Durham Lords) to advance to the Championship semifinal.

Despite, falling to Cambrian in a tough 5 set match to eliminate them from medal contention, Kim gained very valuable experience that will prove to be important as the Royals will look to continue to build their medal contending program.
