Sessions
Each session will include approximately two hours of on-court training, followed by a short development session each day:
- Tuesday: 30-minute session on mental performance tactics
- Wednesday: 1.5hrs of volleyball and a 45-minute strength & conditioning session with Coach Alena
- Thursday: 30-minute nutrition introduction session
- Friday: 30-minute recruiting presentation and Q&A with a current Redeemer Royals Women's Volleyball student-athlete

Redeemer Royals Men's Volleyball Summer ID Camp (July 24-25)
When: Friday, July 24 - Saturday, July 25
Time: Friday 6:30pm-9:30pm & Saturday, July 25, 9:30am-4:30pm
Who: Grade 10,11,12 (In September 2026)
Where: Redeemer Athletic Centre, Hamilton, Ontario
Cost: $175
The camp will be run by Royals varsity coaches and athletes and will have an excellent coach-to-athlete ratio. There will be a focus on executing physical skills at a high level, on mental and psychological skills, and on situational game play. Friday session will include a beach volleyball session (weather permitting).
Fee Includes
Royals Volleyball T-shirt,
Royals Volleyball Hoodie,
Hot Lunch Saturday.

Royals X Monarchs Basketball Skills Camp 2026 (Grades JK - 8)
When: Monday, August 17 – Friday, August 21, 2026
Who: Boys and Girls JK – Grade 8
Cost: Full Day: $250 or Half Day: $125
Redeemer Royals Men's Basketball has teamed up with Monarchs Basketball to offer a fun, high-energy youth basketball summer camp for boys and girls JK–Grade 8. The camp is designed for all skill levels, from beginners learning the basics to experienced athletes looking to sharpen their game.
Each day focuses on fundamental skill development including dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, and defense, combined with games, competitions, and full-court play to keep athletes engaged, active, and improving.
Led by experienced coaches, our basketball camp creates a positive and supportive environment where players build confidence, develop teamwork, and grow their love for the game.
The camp will be run by Royals and Monarchs varsity coaches and athletes and will maintain an excellent coach-to-athlete ratio to maximize athlete development.
