A leader both on and off the field, Redeemer Men's Soccer player Josh Elgeti is an easy choice for Male Athlete of the Month for September. Elgeti is a great two-way player, offers sound advice both in practice and in games, and is one of the best communicators on the field for Redeemer.

His veteran leadership has helped position the Royals for a chance to make the OCAA playoffs after a difficult 2012-2013 season in which Redeemer failed to win a single game.

Elgeti has played strong all season but no highlight of Josh's was bigger than his goal late in their game on September 11th against Niagara College where he scored the game winner late in the match.
