Kingston Invitational Champions
CCAA #13 National Ranking

The Lady Royals Cross Country team won the 2014 St. Lawrence Kingston Invitational on Saturday September 27th. The team, led by a strong group of veteran runners including Adrianna So, Julie Koopmans, and Shelby Cramer along with first year runner Rachel Hoekstra, are primed for a strong season and look ready to compete at the OCAA Provincial Championships in October.

As a result of their strong start to the 2014-2015 season, the Women's team has received the #13 ranking in the CCAA as they become the first Redeemer team to be Nationally ranked this year.
