A win to start the semester and a win to finish the semester. Redeemer will need to harness this ability to start strong and end strong heading into the second semester as the Royals have some solid work ahead of them to position themselves for a playoff push in 2015.
The Royals do not play another league game until January 10th when they host St. Clair College as the team closed out their first half of the schedule on Friday night. A match schedule for Saturday against Boreal College was postponed due to travel complications, setting up Friday's game as the last before the Christmas break.
Redeemer made the most of their weekend in a dominating performance over the 2-7 Cambrian Golden Shield. Set scores were 25-21, 25-22, and 25-16.
Eric Heidbuurt (Waterdown, ON) had a game high 16 points while
