Royals Edged Out by Top Ranked Mohawk in Front of Full House

A pair of narrow defeats for the Royals against mountain rival

In one of the most anticipated nights of basketball at Redeemer University College ever, the Mountaineers escaped with a pair of narrow defeats against the hometown Royals. In front of a capacity crowd, the Lady Royals fell short 70-61 to the 14-1 Mountaineers while the Redeemer Men's team was edged out by the Nationally ranked Mountaineers 88-76.
