The Royals were in tough on Saturday afternoon against the top team in Canada. Having been in competitive matches in all 4 games so far in 2017-18, Saturday's trip wa a bit different. The Royals held their own in the 1st quarter before being blown out in the 2nd, and never finding a way to recover en route to a 102-43 loss.
The Royals record drops to 2-3 with the defeat.Â

Shania Graham once again led the Lady Royals with 15 and 13 points. The Royals struggled to produce any secondary scoring with just 15 points from Redeemer's other starters and their bench.Â
Humber has dominated it's competition so far in 2017, running a perfect 6-0 record, scoring over 90 points in 5 of 6 games. Redeemer's 43 points on Saturday was the 2nd most a team has scored against the Hawks this season.Â
Redeemer will look to get back into the win column on Wednesday night when they host the 3-2 Niagara Knights.Â
