Royals women’s soccer blanks St. Clair 1-0

WINDSOR, ON - The Redeemer University women's soccer team (6-4-2 overall, 4-3-2 OCAA) defeated the St. Clair College Saints by the score of 1-0 Friday night on the road.

Alyssa Simpson (Whitby, ON) who beat St. Clair goalkeeper for her first regular season goal.
"Our team played a strong 90 minutes today and came out on top for a great road victory," said head coach Meghan Rudd. "We have one more goal in the regular season and that is to take three points tomorrow and put us in a position to host an OCAA playoff game next weekend."
The Royals take on the Lambton Lions in their last regular season game on Saturday, October 15th in Sarnia.
