ANCASTER, ON - The Redeemer University women's volleyball team defeated the Niagara Knights by the score of 3-2 (25-22, 22-25, 25-18, 20-25, 15-9) Wednesday night at the Redeemer Athletic Centre.
Leading the Royals attack was Rachel Annnett who led all players with 14 kills to go along with five aces and eight digs.
Alanna Heidbuurt contributed with nine kills, three aces and seven digs while
Kate DeJong added seven kills, five digs, four blocks and two aces.
Alyson Stolte added a match high seven blocks and six serve aces while rookie setter
Alana DeJong registered a career high 31 assists and 10 digs.Â
 For the match, Redeemer hit .200 as a team registering 37 kills with 17 errors on 100 attempts. Niagara collected 49 kills with 30 errors on 132 attempts for a .144 hitting percentage.
