Women's Basketball met the Hawks in Etobicoke to open their second semester action. The Royals fell to the Hawks 71-58. 

The Royals were led by Guard Karyn TeBrake who dominated the Hawks with 21 points. TeBrake shot 46% from the field and a flawless 5/5 from the charity stripe.  Adding to her 21 points were her 4 rebounds.

The Royals welcome the Niagara Knights to the Redeemer Athletic Centre Wednesday January 17th. The Knights sit three spots above the Royals in the OCAA West and will look to extend their winning ways as they have won 5 of their last 6 matches.
