WELLAND, ON  Royals Women's Volleyball, was on the road Wednesday night to battle the Knights in Welland. Redeemer looked to spoil the Niagara Knights Senior night celebrations. Wednesday's match was a crucial game for both team's playoff seeding. The division is currently witnessing four teams battle for 3rd-6th place. Conestoga, Niagara and Mohawk currently sit with 8-6 records, while the Royals nip at their heels with an 8-7 record. The cherished home-court advantage is on the line in these last few matches of the regular season as the top four teams will host their cross-over match-ups. 

Redeemer has been off to a hot start in their playoff hunt with a 4-1 record in their last 5 matches. On the opposite side of the net, the Knights are 1-2 this semester.

Royals women's volleyball looks to repeat their performance against the Knights last semester with another win. The Knights came to the Redeemer Athletic Centre on November 22nd and lost in 5 sets to the Royals. 

Redeemer fell short this time around, as the Knights surged to a 3-1 victory. The Royals are still deep in the playoff fight for home court and will look to bounce back against the Sheridan Bruins on February 1st, 2024.
