ANCASTER, ON - The Redeemer Royals men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to the Conestoga Condors on Wednesday at David Mantel Field.

Conestoga struck early, scoring in the 7th minute and controlling much of the first half. The Royals responded well after halftime, shifting the momentum and creating two key opportunities, but were unable to beat the Condors' keeper.

Redeemer continued to press late, but Conestoga added a second goal in stoppage time to secure the win.

It was a tough result, but a strong second-half showing gives the Royals something to build on heading into their next match. The Condors are a top team in the OCAA West this season and the Royals proved they can play with the best.
