What made you begin playing your sport? How old were you?
As a child my parents would make me run around outside when I was being annoying. I must have been a pretty annoying child because I got rather fast. At 14 I joined Track North, a running club in Sudbury, ON and have kept up competitive running ever since.
Who is the most influential person in your life?
Jesus of course.
What is the most important lesson you have learned from being a student-athlete at Redeemer University?
Don't let your sport become your whole identity and put the race of your faith first
Do you have any pre game rituals?
No coffee and only good food for a week before a big race. Racing 8km with questionable digestion isn't pretty.
Favorite meal?
Fresh Salmon.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I'm a ginger celiac.

Go to BC and climb a mountain
