Brooke Houwer enters her second season of eligibility with the Redeemer women's soccer team.

2021-22: In her first season, Houwer appeared in all six games registering one goal on four shots. Her first career goal came against ___

High School: Houwer attended Hamilton District Christian High School where she earned Athlete of the Year honours. She also received the OFSAA Athlete Award and Ontario Scholar.

What is the most important lesson you have learned from being a student-athlete at Redeemer University? 
I have to prioritize my schedule in order to balance academics, soccer, and friends. 

Pre game rituals: Carbs the day before a game and lots of water. 
Favorite meal: Chicken Fajitas
