Each player wears two flags on their hips. Removing a flag constitutes a tackle. No contact blocking.

Two 20-minute halves. Running clock with standard flag football rules.

All registered Redeemer University students. Valid student ID required.

Compete with Vertical Purpose — no rough play, flag pulling only, respect all players.
