Gameplay

1	Spirit of the Game Ultimate is self-officiated. Players are responsible for fair calls. Spirit of the Game is the foundation of the sport.

2	Scoring Score by catching the disc in the opposing end zone. Games played to 13 points or time cap.

3	Movement The disc handler may not run with the disc. Stall count of 10 seconds to release the disc.

4	Eligibility All registered Redeemer University students. Valid student ID required.

5	Sportsmanship Compete with Vertical Purpose — Ultimate is built on integrity. Play it that way.
