Biography
Since entering University, Jacob Kramer, has faced his share of adversity in his running journey, missing his first season due to Covid-19 shutdowns, and having an injury plagued 2021
However, with such an impressive high-school resume, boasting three OFSAA XC qualifications, two OFSAA track qualifications, a fourth-place finish in Ontario for legion steeplechase, and a PB 5k time of 16:28, the Pickering native will finally get the chance to be the difference maker he is capable of being for the Redeemer Men’s XC team.
A kinesiology major pursuing a career in sports medicine, Kramer is an all-around athlete and sports fan. In addition to his prolific cross country and track abilities, he plays hockey and soccer, having also secured a roster spot on the Royals Men’s Soccer team.
What is your favourite thing about running?
“Staying fit and competing.”
