Lisa started playing Club volleyball in grade 8 as a MB in her hometown of Guelph, ON and has loved the game ever since. She had the opportunity to continue her volleyball career as co-captain for the University of Guelph Women’s Volleyball team, earning OUA Bronze in 2019. During her undergraduate career, Lisa got involved with Athletes in Action (Christian Varsity Athlete Campus Ministry) and recently got to share how her sport and her faith intersect on a volleyball tour with them to Mauritius in 2022.

After graduating with her BSc. Honours from Guelph, Lisa played her last year of varsity eligibility with the University Toronto Women’s Volleyball team for the 2022-23 season. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s of Physical Therapy at U of T and has had the opportunity in the city to coach with Leaside Volleyball house league and the MLSE Launchpad volleyball program. Lisa is looking forward to encouraging and sharing her passion for the sport with the amazing athletes and staff at Redeemer this season!
