Di Sabatino joined the Royals Men’s soccer program in August of 2025 as the assistant coach. He brings both playing and coaching experience to the program.
As a player, Di Sabatino competed at a high level in Europe, with experiences in Greece, Spain, and Italy, as well as
in Canada at Trinity Western University (U SPORTS). His time as a student-athlete and international player shaped
his commitment to excellence, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field. As a coach, Di Sabatino worked
with the 2in1 Soccer youth program in British Columbia to help develop young players to achieve their potential. He
also helped coach a church-based youth team in Greece (2021).
Di Sabatino is passionate about faith-driven leadership and views sport as a powerful platform for character
development and spiritual growth. He desires to mentor student-athletes in pursuing both athletic excellence and a
Christ-centred life.
The 2025-26 season marks his first year as an assistant coach with the Royals.
