Vreugdenhil played for both the women's soccer and basketball teams this week. In the women's soccer win over No. 6 Niagara, she recorded the game winning goal late in the contest for her third goal of the season as a defender. In her Royals basketball debut, Vreugdenhil registered 16 points and seven rebounds in just 13 minutes of play. She went 6-for-9 (66.7%) from the field and 4-for-6 (66.7%) from the free throw line.
