Vreugdenhil, a first year two-sport athlete, had a career game in the Royals 102-98 double overtime victory over the Sheridan Bruins. Vreugdenhil recorded a career high 30 points and 20 rebounds. Her 20 rebounds ties the Royals single game record and her 30 points was the 7th best single game scoring performance in school history.

In conference play she is second in the OCAA in field goal percentage 38-for-78 (48.7%) and is 7th in rebounds averaging 10.5 RPG. Overall in the NCCAA Vreugdenhil ranks 14th in rebounds (9.1 RPG) and 15th in field goal percentage 45-for-88 (51.1%).
