3rd year Cross Country runner Julie Koopmans has had a fantastic start to the 2013 running season. In the two races entered by Redeemer in September, Koopmans finished in 17th place and 7th place.

Both finishes for Koopmans had her as the first place Royal across the finish line. Koopmans strong run helped the Lady Royals team secure two podium finishes with a 2nd place at the Seneca Invitational and a 3rd place at the Redeemer Invitational.

The Lady Royals were recently rewarded for their strong efforts in September with an #11 place National Ranking.
