Redeemer held a lead minutes into the 4th quarter but the Sheridan Bruins outscored the Royals 17-9 in the final frame to edge out the visitors 68-59. The Lady Royals will look for their 2nd win of the season on Thursday when they host the Niagara Knight in their final game before the Christmas Break.

19 points by Redeemer's Kayla Suriani kept the Lady Royals in the match through the first 3 quarters but a 13-1 run early in the final quarter put the Bruins ahead for good.

Redeemer will be in search of a win before the enter the break against the 4-4 Knights on Thursday when the teams get things underway at 6pm at the Redeemer University College Gymnasium.
