The Men's basketball team was in fine form on Friday night against the Canadore Panthers. After a gritty nail-biter on Wednesday against Conestoga, the Royals looked to get back into their usual rhythm.
The Royals dominated play for all 40-minutes, never allowing the Panthers to get within 10 points after the first quarter. It was a true team effort as Redeemer used their entire bench Friday night with all 11 players recording minutes in the game. The Royals finished the game with 4 players having double-digit points, including a game-high of 25 points from
Foster Brown in 20 minutes. Brown also added 10 rebounds to finish with a double-double.
Abdek Farah had a game-high for the Panthers recording 13 total points.
Redeemer now has a quick turnaround and a busy week as they will welcome the Niagara Knights to Ancaster on Tuesday night, the Fanshawe Falcons on Friday night and travel to Humber College on Saturday.
