The Women's Basketball team was back in action on Friday night coming off a victory on Wednesday night. The Women were facing off against the Conestoga Condors in a rare back-to-back match-up.

The Women were victorious on Wednesday night over the Condors with a 66 - 53 victory and were looking to extend their win streak to 3 games. It was easy to see from the opening tip that this game was going to be a back-and-forth battle. In the first two quarters, the Royals had struggled to take over the league, but as the game entered half time the Royals were on top with a score of 36-31. Through the third quarter, the Royals remained in the lead. As the Royals entered the fourth, fatigue was setting in as their roster only had 6 active players. It was in the fourth that the Condors took over again and were able to secure the win with a score of 76-67.

Stephanie Findlay was the Royals' top scorer recording a double-double on 22 points and 17 rebounds.
Karyn TeBrake added 13 total points and
Maddison Cohoon added 12.

The top scorer for the Condors was Charlotte Clifford recording 36 points.

The Royals now hold a .500 record and will look to improve on Tuesday, February 22 when they host the Niagara Knights at 6 pm.
