Royals men’s soccer drops 3-0 decision to Fanshawe

Ancaster, ON - The Redeemer University men's soccer team (2-4-1 overall, 1-4-1 OCAA) dropped a 3-0 decision to the Fanshawe Falcons on the road Tuesday.
The Falcons opened the scoring in the 34th minute as Nicholas Jimenez setup Michael Sneddon for his first of the game and third against the Royals this season.
Sneddon would register his second goal of the contest in the 69th minute, as he beat Redeemer second year starter
Mateo Sutic (Mississauga, ON) to put Fanshawe up 2-0.
Fanshawe would add an insurance marker in the 84th minute with a goal from Engjell Qamili.
Sutic recorded 11 saves in the loss. The Royals offense were held to just three shots on goal.
The Royals will host the Alumni Game this weekend as part of the Redeemer University 40th Anniversary celebration.
