WINDSOR, ON - The Redeemer University men's volleyball dropped a 3-1 decision (20-25, 17-25, 25-21, 13-25) to the St. Clair Saints Friday night on the road. With the loss, the Royals fall to 1-3 early in the season
The Royals were led by the first year duo of
Simon Bourne and
Jack Demik who both recorded six kills each. Bourne also added nine digs. Setter
Andrew Van Dyke recorded a season low 10 assists.
St. Clair was led by Kale Wilkinson who recorded a match high 21 kills and a .304 hitting percentage.
For the match, Redeemer hit just .114 adding 21 kills, 11 errors on 88 attempts. St. Clair finished with 54 kills, 16 errors and 125 attempts for a .304 hitting percentage.
The Royals return to action November 1st when they host the Humber Hawks.
