2017-2018
What else could be said about Rayvon? The 2 time All Canadian, and reigning Player of the Year in the OCAA, is back for his 5^th and final year.  Once again Rayvon placed in the top 10 of all major statistical categories, leading the Royals to their first ever OCAA tournament appearance.  His personal performances included multiple triple doubles and numerous double doubles.  He scored a career high 44 points in the November 25 loss to Niagara.  We again will look for the (program) student to lead our team and reach new heights.     

2016-2017
The All Canadian enters his 4^th year of eligibility.  Rayvon is the most complete player in the league.  The Co Captain will be called upon to lead this young Royals squad to new heights. Rayvon shot 48% from the floor and 41% from 3pt, last season, and finished the season with 5 straight double doubles.  He narrowly missed a triple double in our first non conference game this season vs George Brown, recording 40 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists.

Rayvon Higdon, Redeemer
Fourth-year player Rayvon Higdon (Rochester, N.Y.) scored a game-high 28 points and was two assists shy of a double-double to lead Redeemer to a 108-79 win over Fanshawe on Nov. 19. Higdon was 12-of-19 shooting, including 4-of-6 beyond the three-point arc. He also grabbed five rebounds, and added four steals. It was Redeemer's first win of the season, having only played three games.
