The Royals XC are excited to welcome U of T transfer, and Toronto resident, Teresa Lin. 
 
Running for pleasure for the past few years and even completing a half marathon on her own, Lin has decided to pursue the sport in a greater capacity, balancing it with her dedication to powerlifting and general fitness. 
 
Majoring in music and minoring in theology, Lin hopes to become a Christian educator and make Christian curriculum more available in Canada. 
 
 Passionate about choir music—specifically chorales—she desires to teach young children about the gospel and the Glory of God.
 
What is your favourite thing about running?
 
"Running is a reminder that God has given me a body which to function for Him. It is also a biblical analogy of our spiritual race towards Heaven. It teaches us perseverance and discipline which are critical for my spiritual race as well."
