ANCASTER, ON   Royals forward Mia Palango's near triple double was not enough to capture the victory over the Lambton Lions Friday night.  The Royals forward has been having an impressive season, regularly leading the women's basketball team in various statistical categories. In Friday's match, Palango recorded 10 points, 12 rebounds and 9 assists off the bench.

Redeemer fell to Lambton 66-51.  

Three other Royals notched double-digit scoring,  Jessica Angelini (11), Katie Lau (11), Karyn TeBrake (10). 

Friday night the Royals took the opportunity to celebrate three graduating seniors and their contributions to the Women's Basketball program.  Katie Lau, Steffanie Blair and Karyn TeBrake each received recognition prior to Friday's match. The Royals will greatly miss the three graduates and wish them all the best in their future plans.

Redeemer hosts the Saint Clair Saints Saturday afternoon for their last regular season match.
