Royals Women's Soccer Qualifies for Third Consecutive NCCAA National Championship

ANCASTER, ON - The Redeemer University Women's Soccer team is heading back to the NCCAA Division I National Championships for the third straight season, once again earning their place among the top Christian collegiate programs North America. This year's event runs December 1–6 at the Austin-Tindall Sports Complex in Kissimmee, Florida.

Eight teams have qualified for the championship, with four returning from last year's field: Redeemer, Warner, Bethel, and Asbury. The Royals enter ranked sixth and will compete in pool play for a spot in the national final on Saturday, December 6.

Redeemer's pool play schedule is as follows:
 • Monday, December 1 – 2:30 p.m. vs. Houghton #3
 • Tuesday, December 2 – 12:00 p.m. vs. Southwestern Christian #2
 • Thursday, December 4 – 2:30 p.m. vs. Wayland Baptist #7

The winner of each pool advances to the championship match.

As part of the NCCAA's commitment to service, all teams will participate in the event's Christian Service Project. This year's project supports Living Hope International, an organization that assists at-risk children, prison inmates, and individuals experiencing homelessness in the local community. Each athlete is asked to contribute by purchasing an $8–10 toy and donating 20 pairs of kids' socks and 10 pairs of adult socks.

Fans can follow the Royals throughout the week by purchasing streaming access through the NCCAA Network.
