ANCASTER, ON - Redeemer Royals middle Joelle Lammers has been named the OCAA Athlete of the Week following an outstanding performance for the Royals on Friday.

The fourth-year middle has been a steady force all season and continues to play at a high level in her final year.

Lammers delivered a dominant showing in Redeemer's three-set sweep over the Sheridan Bruins, recording 11 kills on 13 attempts with zero errors, showcasing her near flawless efficiency and consistency at the net. She also added three blocks, finishing the match with a game-high 14 points.

Her impact on both sides of the ball has been a key factor in the Royals' success this season, and this recognition highlights the strong year Lammers is putting together as a leader in the middle.
